Standard Delivery Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pacific time) are sent by standard mail and should arrive in 5 to 10 business days. All Items ordered will not necessarily be shipped together. Standard delivery charges, based on the weight of your order, apply.
Express Delivery Instead of standard mail, you can choose one of the following Express Delivery options.
- Priority Mail For most orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pacific time) delivery will be within 3 or 4 business days.
- Next Day Air For most orders placed before 3:00 PM (Pacific time) delivery will be on the next business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM (Pacific time) will be processed on the next business day and will be delivered the following business day.
Some oversized items may incur additional charges when shipped by Priority Mail or Next Day Air.
International orders can be placed through this website. Simply follow the shopping cart checkout procedure. After you enter your shipping address information, a “Select Shipping” page will quote the shipping & handling charge for your delivery destination, and you will be given the opportunity to choose between Standard and Express international shipping.
Payment for international orders must be made by credit card and will be charged in U.S. funds.
8.4% Sales tax will be charged on all orders delivered within Washington State. Washington State assesses sales tax on the order amount plus the shipping/handling charge. On orders delivered out-of-state, no sales tax is charged.

For your own protection, we recommend that you insure your package against loss. All UPS shipments are automatically insured up to $100.00.
Your account will be credited, or a refund check will be issued within five days following receipt of your package. Normally, you can expect to receive exchange merchandise or a refund check within seven to ten days after we receive your return merchandise.
